We only recruit experienced community care workers who have worked with various home care providers around the country. Our community staff have extensive knowledge of the home care industry. 

Our staff have their own vehicles and are able to provide cover at a moment's notice. Ethical Caring Limited has nationwide coverage & is able to provide staff in any location.

Our staff are able to perform the following tasks:

• Personal care

• Washing and dressing

• Medication administration

• Companionship

• Shopping

• Light domestic cleaning duties

Our support workers go through rigorous vetting and training process.

All our staff are equipped with CPI accredited restraint training to help support clients with more challenging mental health needs, in a safe and acceptable manner.
